E-XCLUSIF REPLACEMENT & EXCHANGE POLICY
(1) Our REPLACEMENT & EXCHANGE POLICY is strictly valid for 7 days. No replacement or exchange will be allowed after this period.
(2) If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days at Tel: +65 6738 3525 or write to email@example.com with details of the product, product defect and invoice number.
(3) We will contact you within 3 working days to discuss the defective item and the REPLACEMENT or EXCHANGE procedure.
(4) Items that are currently non-exchangeable are consumable products.
(5) Customers are responsible for sending the items to E-XCLUSIF for the items to be replaced or exchanged. If the items are sent to the wrong address or lost during the transition, E-XCLUSIF will not be responsible for the product loss.
(6) NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE
All items purchased are non-refundable and non-returnable.
(7) Goods purchased from us are guaranteed against manufacturing defect for each item as specified by the manufacturers and are not guaranteed against wear and tear.
(8) Different products will have different warranty period. Refer to product insert or product warranty card for the warranty period.
(9) Kindly note that a SGD $30 Delivery & Handling Charges to a local Singapore address will be imposed if total purchase value is less than SGD $150 per invoice.
(10) Courier & Handling Charges for overseas deliveries are computed automatically upon check-out.
(11) In case of wrong pricing in our ECommerce Website, we reserve the right to rectify the prices of our products or cancel the order.
